Carhartt Chalk Shirt Jacket
Carhartt have introduced a new fabric to their Chalk Shirt Jacket for SS19. Seen here in black, a 9oz 100% cotton ‘griffith’ twill has been used to provide a smooth, rigid finish. A pointed collar neckline sits above a button through front which includes customised silver fastenings and double top stitched lines along the placket. Two curved edge patch pockets sit either side of the chest, the left side has a square woven Carhartt WIP label. A triple stitched yoke flows across the shoulders with a box pleat sewn centrally below and a loop above for hanging. The hem of the body has a slight curve and triple stitching is visible on the side seams. Allowing the fabric to be rolled, the sleeves have single button cuffs and short wrist plackets.
